Pastel de tres leches is one of those cakes that even people who really don't like to eat cake can't resist to order one. It’s drenched in a mixture of whole milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream. Who wouldn't want to eat a cake that drenched in that many mixtures. It's one of the most popular cakes that people in Ecuaodr eat.

I tried the pastel de trea leches, and when I tell you it was AWESOME, I mean it. I was decidng on what type dessert to eat and I couldn't choose, then I later on decided to go with the pastel de tres leches. When I got it it looked amazing, and the first bite I took was great,it was moist and soft. Overall 10/10 :)
