I received the Marquis Who's Who's Lifetime Achievement Award in education. As a loving father and technology teacher in Queens, NY, I have built and optimized websites for over 25 years for small/large businesses. I try to make my pedagogy reflect what is necessary as an educator and industry professional. Upon graduation, I aim to give my students options to make supplementary income with creativity as they attend college or pursue a career.
01Microsoft & Adobe Certifications
After earning a Microsoft certification, I teach everything in Adobe Photoshop for web and print through my Graphic Design curriculum, and license my students in Photoishop.
02Coding & Web Design
We learn coding (CSS & HTML5) via Codeacademy.com. I then teach website design with mobile-responsive themes and search engine optimization (SEO).
03Business Proposal Design
We create a business proposal with letterhead, business cards, logo design, web design, and a PowerPoint oral presentation for investors in their new business design.
Dr. Riese has helped my son express his creativity through Adobe Photoshop,
and he has gained self-confidence in his abilities.
My daughter is now going to college to study web design,
and her foundation in graphic design makes her stand out, thanks to Dr. Riese.
My child loved learning how to brand her ideas and create her own business
