I try to make my pedagogy reflect what is necessary as an educator and industry professional. Upon graduation, I aim to give my students options to make supplementary income with creativity as they attend college or pursue a career.
After my students become certified in Microsoft, I teach everything in Adobe Photoshop for web and print purposes and license my students in Adobe.
We learn coding (CSS & HTML5) via Codeacademy.com. I then teach website design with mobile responsive themes and search engine optimization (SEO).
We create a business proposal with letterhead, business cards, logo design, web design, and a PowerPoint oral presentation for investors in their new business design.
