WHAT ARE NIKE'S SHIPPING OPTIONS? Nike Members get free standard shipping (and discounted expedited shipping) on every order—just sign in during checkout and you’ll automatically get free shipping. BECOME A NIKE MEMBERSHOP NIKE During checkout, Nike Members and guests can choose their preferred shipping option—we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from. We offer the following shipping options: Standard Free for signed-in Nike Members Free for guest orders of $150 or more $8 for guest orders of less than $150 Please note, expedited and express shipping may not be available for your order. Free for all eligible orders. Just click “PICK UP” during checkout to see if the items in your bag are eligible for store or curbside pickup at a Nike store near you. For the continued safety and well-being of our teammates and customers, some Nike stores are temporarily closed. Stores that are open may be operating with limited hours and services. Please see our store locator for the latest information, including if stores near you are offering store pickup. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders. We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible. If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it. Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship free via standard USPS Military Mail and arrive between 30-45 days. Nike By You and Converse Custom orders arrive in two to five weeks—standard and expedited shipping times do not apply. The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected. We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

All Nike purchases have an extended 60-day return policy (some exceptions apply). We’ve gone paperless! You may have noticed your recent Nike.com or Nike App order did not include a return label in the shipment. That’s because we’ve removed all paperwork to help reduce our impact on the environment. So if you’ve taken your new Nike or Converse shoes, clothing, or gear for their 60-day trial run,* and you’ve decided—for any reason—they’re just not perfect, here’s how to get started on a return. And remember, Nike Members always enjoy free returns.

Once we receive your items, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within two business days. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve issued the refund—it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account. And if you paid with a Nike gift card or product voucher, you can usually access your refund within 24 hours after we issue it (you can check your balance online). If you paid through Klarna, they will also process your refund. Please contact Klarna directly for questions about your refund.

If you’re not already signed in to your Nike Member profile, or if you purchased as a guest, you’ll need to enter your order number (from your order confirmation email) along with the email address you used to place the order

To ensure peak performance of your shoes over time, we recommend proper care and maintenance, including cleaning. You can keep your sneakers fresh with a few easy cleaning steps: 1. Dry brush. Remove dirt from the outsole, midsole, and uppers using a dry, soft-bristled shoe brush. No shoe brush? No problem—an older toothbrush will work just fine. 2. Make a mild cleaning solution. Mix warm water with a small amount of mild laundry detergent. 3. Wash laces. Remove the laces and apply a small amount of the mild cleaning solution. Massage the laces, rinse, then dry with a soft cloth. 4. Wash soles. Apply the mild solution to a soft-bristled brush and brush the outsole and midsole. Dry with a soft cloth. 5. Wash and blot. Use the mild solution and a soft-bristled brush or a soft cloth to clean the uppers. Then use a dry microfiber towel or soft cloth to blot and lift as much soapy moisture and dirt as possible. Repeat if necessary. 6. Air dry. Air dry at room temperature. We don’t recommend putting your shoes in a washing machine or dryer or using harsh cleaning products (like bleach). And for best results, clean your sneakers as soon as they get dirty. Then lace up and get back out there.

We want you to go hard. And when your shoes can't handle another mile, trip up the court, or cut across the field, we want them back. Our Reuse-A-Shoe program recycles athletic shoes at the end of their life, giving them a new life through Nike Grind. We make it easy for materials to live on from one product to the next—just drop your used shoes at a participating Nike retail store in North America or Europe. Please note, some Nike stores around the world may be temporarily closed. Stores that are open may be operating with limited hours and services, and may not be accepting shoes for recycling. We accept any brand of athletic sneakers, but we're unable to recycle sandals, dress shoes, boots, or shoes with metal (like cleats or spikes).
